Advantages
The first pro that ChatGPT brings to customers service it’s available 24/7. You can reduce the number of hours people work. Also, the AI can manage simple inquiries at any time. So that user can receive immediate aid.
Quick response time
ChatGPT can process and respond to questions is matter of seconds. By using AI in customer service scenarios. This will enhance the customer satisfaction, due to this quick response time to their needs.
Potentially reducing human error
Artificial intelligence will stay consistent with their performance. Because of human employees. Performance may vary due to their mood and fatigue. You don’t have to worry about this with AI.
Disadvantage
 Lack of real-world experience.
ChatGPT and AI will lack the understanding on subtle differences. Like different shades of meaning and humans expression.AI will struggle with the context. This will lead to miscommunication with the user.
Challenges and understanding complex queries
ChatGPT can easily answer straightforward questions. But when it comes to complex and ambiguous questions. It will be difficult for the AI to answer those kinds of questions. you will need a human to answer all the complex questions.
Strategies to mitigate its drawbacks
